BL Controller

Easy one-button start-up, coupled with a user-friendly interface equals smooth operation.

Widely considered one of the most user-friendly boilers with a one-button start operation, Miura provides a boiler control interface with the use of a simple selector wheel and LCD screen, also known as the BL Controller. This allows smooth navigation thru the boiler’s control panel to access real-time data, change settings, view cautions or alarms, and more.  As an advanced diagnostic system, it can early identify any potential issues to help the operator identify the root cause. Also, accessible through the BL Controller are:

  • Current Steam Pressure
  • Current Water Level
  • Water Conductivity
  • Exhaust Temperature
  • Feedwater Temperature
  • Scale Monitor Temperature
  • Equipment Run Time
  • Caution and Alarm Information

The BL Controller can be accessed via a 3G cellular phone line or analog phone line with Miura Online Maintenance (known as “MOM”) for remote monitoring and diagnostics. The BL Micro Controller can also be integrated with Miura’s Colormetry feature, which monitors water hardness to prevent the build-up of scale inside the boiler.

With the seamless integration into other Miura boiler products, the BL Controller is fast becoming a staple of a clean, energy-saving boiler control system. Allowing connections into all aspects of boiler maintenance, the BL Controller takes advantage of Miura’s modular design and provides a single access point for monitoring all round boiler performance.

“Miura has proven effective in monitoring practically everything about our system. Everything from the hardness of your water, to what your boilers are doing, to any alarms you’ve received. The nice thing about Miura is simplicity in operation, which reduces the requirements for specialized training to operate them. It’s a phone call and a screwdriver for most things. If you do have an issue you can call Miura, give them your code, and they can see your boiler online.”
