The Miura EX Series steam boilers, with gas and oil fuel options, are ideal for hospitals and other facilities that are required to have a secondary fuel source.
The EX steam boiler uses our floating header design on an upright drum-shaped pressure vessel. With a single button, the Miura EX-Series boiler a from a cold start to full steam output in less than 5 minutes. These quick start-up benefits enable many industries to consume less fuel and boiler water, reducing emissions and operating cost.
- Dual fuel: Natural Gas, Propane or #2 Fuel Oil
- High-pressure available (300 MAWP, 250 MAWP or 170 MAWP)
- NOx rating is available as low as 30ppm depending on model

- Occupies 33% less floor space than typical firetube boilers

Features
The unique compact design of the Miura EX Series steam boiler uses a low water volume pressure vessel offering high output capacities to meet your facilities demands. The reduced boiler footprint provides design flexibility, reduced construction cost, and better utilization of existing space to increase steam capabilities. The “brain” of the EX-Series, the BL Controller, provides online boiler monitoring and measuring capabilities on an easy-to-read LCD display and enhances boiler maintenance procedures with data-driven alerts. The BL Controller monitors:

- Feed Water Temperature
- Scale Monitor Temperature
- Overheat Monitor Temperature

- Remaining Time to Blowdown
