Earn While You Learn!

The Miura Boiler Trade (MBT) Program provides a well-rounded education for aspiring Boiler Field Technicians, focusing on the assembly, inspection, and startup of Miura boilers and water softeners.

Through factory shadowing, students gain hands-on experience in key production processes, including assembly, electrical panel work, shop testing, windbox installation, piping, and insulation. Field tech shadowing further enhances their skills, offering insights into boiler room operations, safety practices, customer interactions, and routine maintenance.

In collaboration with GNTC, the program also includes industrial training that covers the fundamentals of automated control systems—such as electrical circuits, control logic, motor control, and programmable controllers. Additionally, Miura basics training introduces core concepts like steam principles, heat transfer, water chemistry, and the unique features and benefits of Miura boilers and water products.

Both Miura and GNTC are excited about how the MBT Program is shaping the future of the steam industry by equipping the next generation of professionals with the skills and expertise needed to thrive.
