Our journey began in Japan, where our founders seized the opportunity presented by the island nation’s limited space to pioneer the design and construction of the first modular once-through boiler. MAC Tech Training Wraps Up with Flying Colors
Miura technicians from across the nation participated in our esteemed MAC Training Program this week at the Rockmart headquarters. The training entailed in-person, hands-on training sessions, giving technicians the opportunity to acquire best practices and network with experienced professionals.
Previously known as “Tech 1” and “Tech 2,” the MAC Tech Training program has evolved into a comprehensive curriculum tailored for both in-house technicians and representative technicians. Miura’s Tradeshow Recap
The Miura Marketing Team, in collaboration with our dedicated sales staff, has achieved remarkable success at tradeshows this year. Engaging with diverse industries across the United States and showcasing our products and services remains a highlight of what we do here at Miura.
In February, we had the privilege of attending the CSCNetwork’s 2024 Annual Convention and Expo in Las Vegas, marking our enthusiastic involvement as new members of the CSCNetwork. This event provided an invaluable opportunity to connect with independent laundry experts nationwide. The CSCNetwork plays a pivotal role in empowering independent laundry facilities by furnishing them with essential resources and platforms.
March saw our active participation in two prominent events: PACK Expo East in Philadelphia and the PDC Summit in San Diego. Following these shows, our journey continued in April with a return to Las Vegas for the Craft Brewers Conference, where we met so many amazing brewers from across the country.
Our next show will be PACK Expo International, which will be held in Chicago in November.
Miura’s First Manufacturing Open House
Since our previous newsletter, Miura held its inaugural Manufacturing Open House, which proved to be a resounding success. Both existing and potential Miura clients had the opportunity to witness firsthand the innovation that drives Miura’s groundbreaking steam systems.
Attendees enjoyed guided tours of our facilities, indulged in a delightful lunch, and were treated to an evening of great food and entertainment, all courtesy of Miura, including accommodations. This event is slated to become an ongoing fixture, underscoring Miura’s commitment to delivering unparalleled customer service to industries nationwide.
